Shipping policy
At Carlo Velaro, each order is prepared carefully and shipped as promptly as possible. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, destinations, tracking, and delivery issue handling.
Shipping Times
Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Delivery Time: 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for international countries after dispatch
Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 8-13 business days for the United States and 11-17 business days for international countries
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on business days begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.

- US Standard Shipping: $6.99 for United States, excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
- International Standard Shipping: $6.99 for Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
- Higher-Cost Standard Shipping: $11.99 for Egypt, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
- The shipping charge shown at checkout should match the destination-based rates listed above.
- Tracking details are emailed after the order ships.

Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Delays and Service Disruptions
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, seasonal volume, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control. If a delay is significant, contact us at sales@carlovelaro.com so we can help review the shipment status.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless shown at checkout.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Lost or Delivered-but-Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, first check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the local carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and email us at sales@carlovelaro.com so we can assist where possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us at sales@carlovelaro.com. After this window, or after an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and you may need to start a return after delivery.
